The Biden administration has decided to throw out the Constitution.

His top agency has decided to seize power in defiance of Congress.

And no one is sure what will happen now that they have gone rogue.

America’s system of government has a very clear structure, and Congress is supposed to have ultimate authority.

They have the power to impeach the president, to impeach Supreme Court justices, the power of the purse, the power to launch investigations, to regulate agencies, so on and so forth.

That is how checks and balances work. The executive branch, run by the president, is not supposed to wield total authority like it would in a dictatorship.

But Joe Biden is so committed to pushing forward his agenda that he has decided he is more than willing to throw out checks and balances and use his agencies to attack Congress’s authority.

That is exactly what is happening now with the Department of Veterans Affairs, which for many years has been targeting the gun rights of disabled veterans.

Now that Congress is finally trying to do something about it, the V.A. has announced they will refuse to comply with Congress.

According to The Truth About Guns, “Debate over federal legislation designed to protect veterans from having their gun rights infringed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs simply for having someone help them with their finances is getting contentious.”

“Veteran supporters and pro-gun advocates believe the VA reporting such an occurrence to NICS makes veterans in need of help less likely to ask for fear they’ll be denied their Second Amendment rights.”

“VA officials, however, vehemently disagree. And at the hearing, one said that if Congress should pass such a law, the VA would not comply with it.”

This is flatly in violation of the Constitution, but it’s clear that officials at the V.A., and likely their superiors in the Biden White House, do not care.

Their goal isn’t to defend America’s system of government, but to attack people who they do not like, namely gun owners.

Here’s what Deputy Undersecretary Glenn Powers said: “VA did not err in reporting, and if passed into law VA could not comply.”

Congressman Matt Rosendale of Montana responded by saying: “Well, I’m glad everybody hears that on the record—that the VA is going to refuse to comply regardless of what we actually pass here.”

The Biden administration has gone completely rogue in their lust for power and their desire to impose their will on America no matter what the Constitution says.

They apparently do not believe in checks and balances, they believe in an all-powerful executive who can do whatever he wants to his political enemies without any obstacles.

Joe Biden hates guns with a vicious passion, and he apparently has hired people for his executive branch agencies who share his feelings on the issue.

Now they are abusing their power to target gun owners, and they have made it clear they will ignore Congress and spark a constitutional crisis if necessary.
